By accepting this cake agreement and paying a deposit, you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with CAKETEALICIOUS. By using the CAKETEALICIOUS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.

The Customer is liable for any damage or accident that may occur once the cake is released from the care and custody of the shop. Caketealicious is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.

Design adjustments or minor revisions can be made by request upon pick-up at no additional charges.

All payments are due on or before pickup/delivery. Advance payment needs to be initiated within 5 business days. If advance payments are not made in 3 days prior to delivery and pickup time, the cake is considered as “cancelled order”.

We required 50% Deposit for our Personalize Cakes.

NO DEPOSIT NO CAKE Policy.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding cake. You may cancel your wedding cake reservation within 15 days prior to your pickup/delivery date and receive a full refund of the deposit.

Corrections and repairs of cakes, including inscription mistakes, can be corrected on the same day in most cases. You are required to give us this opportunity and must let us know of the problem within one hour of accepting your cake.

Complaints are very rare and so we take them very seriously. Some complaints may require further investigation and an immediate refund may not always be possible.

Cakes, or part of cakes, must be returned within the same day to ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.

Cake must be kept in the fridge or in a cool dry place before & after consumption.

If the cake is for next day, it must be kept in the fridge overnight.

Cancellations can be accommodated in at least 4-5 Days prior to pickup/delivery date otherwise No Amount can be refunded.

Design revisions should be requested atleast 1 Day prior to pickup/delivery date. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, flavors, or artwork will be available

Major changes can be made within 72 hours (3 Days) prior to pickup/delivery date

We will refund fully or partially if:

· The wrong product was sent by our dispatchment team.

· The product was damaged in shipping - please make sure the product is in proper condition once you received it.

Refunds will be done only through bank transfers. Please allow up to 45 days refund from our bank.

We use chiller van delivery at any place in UAE, We accept same day delivery only in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Other EMIRATES needs to order at least one day advance

Responsibility for your cake passes to you once it has been collected from our premises or delivery has been accepted.

CAKETEALICIOUS accepts no liability for cakes that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location.

If the cake is collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the cake is with the client and Caketealicious will not be responsible for any damage to the cake after it’s been collected.

Any changes for delivery timings should be done atleast 3days prior, any last minute or short notice will not be acknowledged.
